Our Institute
“Strategies for a wonderful life” is the phrase we choose to define every philosophy of our school.
Our motivation is to free the mind of third-party codependency, and our primary goal is to teach strategies so that our students can have greater autonomy over their own decisions and thoughts.
We believe that meditation is the only means capable of providing such a transformation in the human being.
That is why we have come to the origins of ancestral meditation, where the student has the opportunity to master themselves, and all the answers to the most complex questions about their life can be found within themselves. This is how the great masters of humanity have made their revolutions. And this is how we believe that every person, from the moment they learn to connect to the Inner Wisdom, can become full.
Our entire selection of techniques and teachings is focused on preparing the student’s mind for completely unique meditation experience. And for that, it was also necessary to develop groundbreaking strategies to help this new Being that emerges from the digital age.

Our school was born from the need for people to learn how to deal better with all this anxiety that has been also maximized by social networks. To provide a better quality of life for the worker who today deals with extremely stressful work hours. To bring more serenity to the people who need to make important decisions every day. And to restore connections between people who are feeling increasingly lonely.
The PEM methodology is the answer we found for the student who wants to live a wonderful life in this new age.

To give the student tools to better understand the importance of their role in the art of life through the teaching of meditation. To also help them with strategies with which they can identify the limiting conditions that may relate to the roots of their issues, and thus, with more awareness and a calmer soul, have a better ability to manifest their latent potential and become a contributor in the evolution of global life.
Vision
Our greatest goal is to increasingly narrow the mental boundaries that separate people from each other. But for this to happen someday, it is necessary to develop a way of loving free from punishment and conditions, one in which the individual can love themselves, even making mistakes. One in which they are able to love one another even if they disagree with their thoughts. A way of loving in which respect overcomes criticism. That is why our greatest goal is to see our students growing fuller so that one day they can become teachers of love and expand our vision to the world.

We believe in respect for all, without any distinction or difference. We believe in the attentive eye, free mind, and full heart. We believe in the potentiality of the soul beyond any appearance or judgment. And we understand that in the process of evolution there is no higher or lower level. In global life, everyone participates together, each in their own role and in the discovery of their individual skills and talents. We believe we should not have the need to be equal, as we are unique and incomparable individuals.

The Founder & Instructor
Fabio K. Guimarães is passionate about life and humanity. An explorer of the world whose beloved homelands are Canada and Brazil, but also having India in a special place of his heart.
A little bit about our history.
Our journey began modestly in 2012 in Toronto, Canada, where the initial idea was to bring a group of friends together to make a laboratory where we could experience various types of meditations. In addition to the meditations, we were also doing a philosophical study on the great texts of humanity and even associating holistic therapy techniques into our weekly meetings.
PEM is largely a compilation of all these years of experience with the meditation group, and our greatest challenge was to turn the results of those years of research into a compact course through which even a beginner student could understand the deepest essence in the process of meditation.
And now, in Rio De Janeiro – the city where Fabio K. Guimarães, the developer of the PEM method, was born – we have established the headquarters of our school responsible for serving students from Brazil and Portuguese-speaking countries. The Toronto office (PEM Global) is responsible for serving Canada and the United States, as well as all other English-speaking countries.
